Brazil Retreat Update!

Dear List Members,

Well the retreat just got even better! Christian Frehner, a member of FIGU who has worked closely with Billy Meier for almost 30 years, will be joining us for the entire event. He has a vast amount of information and personal experience (including multiple sightings of the beamships) and of course will not only be making presentations but answering questions throughout the retreat. Christian's knowledge in many areas is very impressive.

Of course I'll be making presentations and answering questions as well.

Also, based on your feedback, we have decided to hold the retreat in Brazil from July 16 - 21. The event will be held in a charming bed and breakfast in the beautiful, mountain area of Campos do Jordão, often called the Switzerland of Brazil. It will be the cool winter season in this lush, green part of rural Brazil. Average daytime temperature is 50 F. and in the 40s at night. It's generally dry so there should be a good amount of outdoor activity as well.

From the beginning of the retreat, we will discuss and put into practice key elements of the spiritual teaching. After breakfast, each day we will begin with an optional program of gentle physical and breathing exercises, including Chi Gong, stretching, Russian body movement work, etc. This will be followed by a presentation of the material until lunchtime.

Topics will include:

· Plejaren and Earth history
· Moving beyond UFOs and extraterrestrials
· Utilizing the prophecies and predictions
· The spiritual teaching
· Neutral-positive thinking
· Dealing with the earth changes
· A Standing in Spirit workshop
· The Salome Peace Meditation
· Advice and recommendations from Billy Meier and the Plejaren

...and much more, with an emphasis on how to apply the information and teaching in daily life.

The afternoon sessions will include interactive presentations with questions and answers, plus off-site visits to meet and see the works of local artisans, view beautiful scenic areas, and a visit to a new, self-sustaining, off-the-grid home powered entirely by wind and solar technologies. The organizer for this event built this home and will be available to consult and answer questions.

There will be ample time for participants to simply relax and really retreat from the world and renew yourself in this pristine, quiet environment. Trips into town and dinner at a local restaurant will be available as well.

The retreat will be limited to only 15 participants. The cost of all activities, including lodging and breakfast, plus transportation to and from the Sao Paulo airport, is $1,200.00 per person. You will be responsible for the costs of your own airplane ticket, lunch and dinner and any other non-covered activities and meals, etc. You will also need to get a visa for entry into Brazil.

This is an unique opportunity to participate in the first retreat focused on the Billy Meier material and facilitated by two people with a long association with Billy Meier and the information. And the event will be held in an amazing, very picturesque part of the world, with organic food, clean air and water and very friendly people. While Portuguese is the native language, all events will be presented in English.

The program fee includes tuition, lodging, breakfast, and local shuttle transportation from and to the local airport and the bed and breakfast on the first day (Saturday) and last day (Friday) of the program, plus to off-site visits and dinners. Before we can confirm your registration, your application and the required $600.00 deposit must be received in the office. The balance of the program fee is due in the office no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the program.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy
Due to the advance planning and expenses required by program participants, facilities and staff, it is necessary that we administer the following refund/transfer policy.

· If for any reason, you are not accepted into the program, any payment(s) will be refunded in full.

· If you cancel more than 30 days before the program date, you will receive a refund or credit, less the cancellation fee of $250.00. Credits will be held for one (1) year from the original program date, then forfeited if not used.

· If you cancel or transfer fewer than 30 days before the program date (or if you do not attend), you will receive no refund or credit of fees already paid.

GAI, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a program 30 days in advance of the program date if there is not sufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified of other program dates they may transfer to at no cost to the participant. GAI, INC. will not be responsible for costs incurred due to cancellations.

This retreat is not therapeutic in design, intent, or methodology and is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, or any health program. We retain the right to determine if a participant may or may not continue with our sessions and program. If we deem an individual unsuited for continuation in a session or in the entire program, we will return the balance of his/her fee on a pro-rated basis.

In consideration of the mutual benefits which are expected to arise out of the activities which I intend to engage in under the sponsorship of GAI, Inc., and especially of the benefits, educational and otherwise, which I myself expect to derive, I hereby release and forever discharge GAI, Inc., and all officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and/or volunteers and the successors of either from all claims and demands whatsoever which I, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns have, or may have, against them by reason of any physical injury and/or mental and emotional issues of any nature whatsoever, which I might suffer during or after my participation in the program, and the use of the facilities, and I hereby expressly declare that any such activities are entered into by me voluntarily in an effort to increase my knowledge of the subjects under investigation.

I understand that the materials presented by GAI, Inc. in this program are intended solely for use by program participants. I will not use the materials for any purpose other than my own personal use and agree not to resell, reproduce and sell, modify and sell, or repackage and sell the materials.
