As the old saying goes, you're probably wondering why I've gathered you all together. The reason is that each of you is apparently convinced that the Billy Meier UFO case is a hoax. So I am creating the opportunity to focus all of your critical thinking abilities on the same task, i.e. addressing very specific, decade's old evidence in the Meier case that has never been thoroughly, openly examined before.

This will be new information for most of you, although it's actually the foundational evidence for Meier's authenticity. So your ability to poke real, substantiated holes in it would go a long way to proving your positions to be the correct ones. For those of you who are just now becoming aware of this specific information, the target of this discussion, you will find it here.

To be clear, this isn't about anything you've previously done, or written about, pertaining to the Meier case. It's solely focused on this 1964 India information and evidence. I ask that you approach this in a scientific and objective manner, no matter what your opinion has been up until now. Of course, since the unique historical documentation is so specific, equally precise, substantiated and credible documentation to support an opposing view is required. That means no theories, accusations, etc. Just facts, please, the kind that determine conclusions.

While some of you may find yourselves among strange bedfellows, I'm encouraging you to collaborate, cooperate and pool the best of your critical thinking abilities in examining this information. I will be publishing your results and responses, as well as putting out a press release about all of this. In fact, the recent press release about this subject is at the top of the most widely read and circulated ones I've published. Certainly, your own opinions will be at least as interesting to our ever growing global audience and the publcity will bring more attention to your own work.

I will also duly note any non responses, which speak even more loudly of course. And, as you can see, I have also already published this invitation on my own website. So perhaps you may also be approached with offers of help by other skeptics. Certainly, with your help, we are about to have a very thought provoking discussion. Since this is the holiday season, I anticipate publishing all of your findings and responses in early January.

"But, to reflect on the statement that's in the film, I also remember seeing a shot on the Super8 reel that showed a UFO circling around a fairly tall tree. According to that shot, we said that we can't conclusively say whether it's real or not, but it seemed impossible to stage that kind of a shot with a miniature (it would have to be hanging on a very tall crane, with wires - but even then the movements would be hard to achieve.) So, yes, in regards to that shot, we mentioned that we could definitely do it today with CG, but at the time these were supposedly shot - it would have been very hard, probably even impossible, to fake this kind of shot."
