Below is the email we sent to our new New South Wales Police Minister on January 20th, 2005, along with the reply that arrived less that a month and a half later, followed by our reply to it. And an acknowledgement.

Dear Minister Scully,

re: ongoing high-level NSW police corruption.

Firstly we congratulate you on your challenging new portfolio, and secondly, we wish to draw your attention to our gigantic, NSW based, international whistleblowers website, currently enjoying an average of more than 12 million hits a day and now climbing very fast.

We hope that you do not decide, as your predecessors did, to ignore us in the delusional hope that we will just go away. It is far too late for that now.

Please do not hesitate to ask if we may be of some assistance to you in your understanding of the criminal issues we deal with in such detail on our website. www.gaiaguys.net/costascandal.htm

Thank you, Minister Scully, for your valuable time, and in anticipation of a prompt and rational reply.

Yours faithfully,
Dyson Devine

It's a pity that Mr. Stewart's glittering metallic silver Coat of Arms didn't come up properly on this scan.

Dear Tony Stewart,

re: ongoing high-level NSW police corruption.

Thank you for your letter dated March 8th, 2005, in response to my letter of January 20th to our new Police Minister.

We at gaiaguys.net had hoped that the subject of our correspondence, (namely ongoing "high-level" police corruption), along with the fact that we addressed our concerns directly to our Police Minister, would have alerted your office to the fact that we are attempting to advise you that the information we have received, and consequently felt morally and legally obliged to publish, concerns the New South Wales Police Integrity Commission. Therefore, we redirect you to these data, and respectfully advise you that it is inappropriate for us to be directed back repeatedly to the self-same source of the perceived corruption.

Of course we are all too aware that we live in an imperfect world, and the vexed problem of removing corruption in the higher echelons of our public service is one that has been with us since the Rum Corps, but we implore you to try to allocate some of your inadequate resources to study our popular whistleblowers website (our hits have almost doubled again since we wrote in January) in an effort to acquaint Minister Scully with the ongoing problems with the Police Integrity Commission that still require his attention.

Our independent research strongly points to the existence of international Freemasonry as THE primary obstacle to achieving the justice that the citizenry deserves. Therefore we ask you to seriously consider following the course some European Union countries have undertaken which now requires serving Government Officers to declare their interests in this occult secret society, or any other that requires oaths of fraternal allegiance that supersede all others, including duty of care.

Since all our previous attempts over the years to alert the appropriate NSW Parliamentary authorities to this criminality have merely led us very slowly and gradually down the chain of command again to exactly those about whom the complaints were made in the first instance, we felt we had no viable alternative but to go public.

In an effort to assist your investigators with their research into this particular topic, of many on our gigantic website, we take the liberty of appending[*] our previous email of January 20th, which provides some direction to the specific material that pertains to your responsibilities.

Thank you for your valuable time and consideration in this important matter, and in anticipation of a prompt and reasonable reply.

Dyson Devine
